Mr. Adams, founder of Western Pacific Solar, has built award-winning homes in Sonoma and Napa County for over 20 years. He holds a Masters Degree in education from Temple University, as well as both an “A” and “B” contractor’s licenses. Mr. Adams recognizes solar as one of the key solutions to our country’s environmental problems. Mr. Adams is at the forefront of providing the highest quality service and workmanship in the industry today.
| | | Loretta O'Connell, Vice President, Director of Marketing
Ms. O'Connell is former Vice President of human resources for McCann-Erickson advertising worldwide, headquartered in San Francisco and NewYork, for over 25 years. She directs all hiring and human resource activities as well as marketing.
| | | Michael Ingram, Chief Engineer and Manager of Operations
Mr. Ingram holds a degree in engineering from the University of Colorado, Boulder, as well as being a trained, certified emergency medical technician. Mr. Ingram is responsible for engineering, system designs and operations for residential and business applications.

Mr. Marr holds a California license in architecture and is a graduate of the University of Colorado and the University of California.

Mr. Christie is a graduate of Aberdeen Technical College, Aberdeen, Scotland. He holds current electrical certifications with the State of California. Mr. Christie has a passion for helping our community decrease reliability on harmful methods of energy production by reducing energy costs and pollution.

Mr. Lightman holds a psychology degree from Penn State University. He is a licensed general contractor who has built award-winning, passive-solar homes. His favorite activities, besides helping people reduce their carbon footprint with solar, are playing golf and going hiking.

Mr. Ragland holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Berkeley and is the father of three boys, current students of Sonoma Valley Unified School District. Mr. Ragland is in charge of all field marketing.

Ms. Goodfellow holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Berkeley and is the mother of three young boys, current students of Sonoma Valley Unified School District. Ms. Goodfellow manages the family workings of the office as well as sales support. |
